I've agreed not to buy any new hardware untill after xmas as my family gets pissed cause they never have anything to buy me. I let it slip that I was creating again and they started hounding me instantly not to buy anything.
So now I have software and have agreed to not buy a controller or anythign else unitll they get first crack. I want to get everything set up in a way then once I get a padkontrol (and probably one other controller) I can smoothly transition into using them.
Now, should I start utilizing the TKP and getting Live and Reason set up in such a way that I can just flow right into things with my controller?

There’s really not much you can do with the TKP without having a padKontrol. I’d say just continue getting comfortable with Live and the TKP should be easy for you to transition into once you get the pK.
