So I just realized I need to get me a midi foot pedal, ala Stray's highly recommended cherry on top of the TKP.
What kind of pedals are y'all usin or recommendin? What pedals have you tried and wouldn't recommend and why? Or will most pedals be about the same and I can just grab one?

I have 3 pedals which all work fine. The one I use was made by KAT, it’s a KP-1. Roland and Korg made the other 2…not sure of the model #s. The only reason for the choice was that it has a lower profile than the other 2, which is good if you don’t wear shoes when you use it.

Thanks Stray. Couldn't find the KP-1 in any online shops from nearby countries (I live in Ireland, no studio gear here).
Found sustain pedals and expression pedals. Never used any pedals before. Are either of these types usable for clip launch etc? If not, what should I search for?

Stray>>>You want a momentary (non-latching) pedal.
you mean for your solution? - cause a latching one has so far been my preference for pK itself. mh

For the TKP set up, the pedal type (latching or non-latching) doesn’t really matter. I was just making a recommendation based on what I have experience with.
