I own Crossfire, Clyphx Pro, and a bunch of Arsenal products. I like the Crossfire but with only four encoders, it's not as fast a workflow as I'd like. I would like be able to control drum pads (or is chains or drum tracks the correct term?), like in Crossfire, but using a Clyphx Pro or an Arsenal product with one of my other MIDI controllers like an APC Mini or Key, or Launch Control XL. The tracks in the red box is what I want to control, like the volume/select/mute/solo/etc and device when I select one of the drum tracks. However, I can only seem to control tracks (MIDI tracks or Audio tracks) with those products, instead of individual drum pad tracks. Ideally, I'd like to have the volume faders, for example in the APC Mini or LCXL, control the volume of the different drum pads. And I'd like to be able to press a pad and focus on a drum pad. These are available in the Crossfire but I'd rather use a different MIDI controller. Any options that I'm not aware of in the Clyphx/Arsenal lineup? I have the Drum Rack Mode Pack, but it doesn't offer what I'm looking for.

We don't offer anything like that currently - just the ability to control parameters of the selected chain/drum pad just as is done in CrossFire and in the Drum Pads modes available for Arsenal.

tn1 If you create a bunch of audio tracks , set to input monitor & select their inputs from the drum rack chains ... your APC mini or other Arsenal controller will dynamically assign to faders & buttons as per normal mixer behaviour . Create a Group with those tracks & you can Fold/Unfold the group (long press Track Select ) to access the individual tracks or reduce space to a single Session Track with Group Track as master drums fader . I would also drop DrumRack into the very right of the Group (&Mute) to keep it out of the way of Session Matrix .If you are using a single midi Clip for all drum notes , it can be triggered from the Group Master Track - so the Drum Rack behaviour of single master track opening into individual chains is mirrored with Group Track opening into audio tracks - but Arsenal can treat them as normal mixer & dynamically reassign. Seems to work for me so far .
