Push footswitch 1 (sustain)

Hi Stray,

Would it be possible for you, if and when you create another push_script_mod, to make Push's sustain pedal port available to m4l, so that it can be grabbed just like footswitch port 2?

I am also open to any advice on workarounds that I'm not yet aware of.

Not sure on that honestly as the Push script is now much more complicated and spread across multiple folders (it used to be just a single folder). So modifications of any sort may not be doable as it would be too complicated for end users and potentially screw up the Push 2 script, which uses some of the same code. Having said that though, I haven't had a chance yet to give it a look and see if there's a simpler way of accomplishing it. I'll look into it as soon as I can.

In the interim, you could potentially set up a M4L MIDI effect that received the MIDI message the sustain pedal sends and do what you wish with it from there. Not as clean as grabbing, but could work.
