As mentioned in the manual: "If the Macro or On/Off switch of a Macrobat Rack is controlled by another Macro, the Macro or On/Off switch will not be able to access Macrobat functionality."
I'd suggest taking a look at using the Receiver Rack, which can control other macros in the set.
