I wanted to take the time to really thank you for all your wonderful products... But more important, I wanted to thank you for you incredible Customer Service! You have set the bar very high and I have never dealt with any company that has taken so much time to deal with every single customer with one-on-one care the way you do. Even people who it's obvious that they absolutely refuse to read any manual (yes you give them a little harsh reminder to check out the manual... but then you give them the answers anyway, even while in the middle of a new big project).
You have listened and attempted most of our feature request when it was possible... and/or gave explanation for 'why' when it wasn't possible. You have given us free stuff left and right and given us new way to explore music. I have tole every person I know, who uses Live, that I will never buy another controller unless nativeKONTROL.com has a script available (I cheated once and bought a Midi-Fighter because I wanted drum pads made from arcade buttons).
Stray... You better not ever get sick or hurt on us cause controllerism would never be the same!
Thank you... William

You guys are most certainly welcome! I’ve been blessed with a great user base that is extremely supportive and helpful. Many of the features I add to products are a direct result of interactions with users. So thanks for all the support, suggestions and feedback over the years. It’s a big part of what keeps me doing this!
As far as referring users to manual, my apologies if that comes off as harsh. It’s certainly not intended that way. I just have a “teach a man to fish” perspective on it. I’d like to convey to users that the quickest and best way to learn about a nativeKONTROL product is via its manual with the hopes that knowing that will lead users to figure things out quicker than posting on a forum or sending an email and awaiting a reply.
Having said that, I definitely think there is room for improvement in terms manuals, lessons and videos on my end. That is certainly something I work on and think/hope has evolved quite a bit over the years.
Anyhow, thank you so much for the kind words here and for another great year. I’m hoping that 2015 will be even better. I can’t talk much about what is in store, but can tell you that I’ve begun to work directly with Ableton as an independent contractor as well as with some hardware manufacturers. Some of the fruits of that should be revealed in 2015.
Happy New Year everyone.
Best,
Stray

but can tell you that I’ve begun to work directly with Ableton as an independent contractor as well as with some hardware manufacturers. Whoa! That's Awesome! Congrats, you have definitely earned it... Realistically I feel like I should be telling Ableton 'Congrats' for being able to work with you! Is this still in the works, are we to be hush-hush about it, or is this a done deal already? Like can we brag to people on the Abes forum that the Best script writer on the planet is now Officially With Abes?... (wow, nice title 'Best Script Writer on the Planet'... cause when you think about it, it's true... This ain't just the USA... I seen dudes giving PXT tutorials in french and German etc). Nevermind, I'm just really excited, it's probably best if the world hears about this news from you or Abes! Can't wait to see the news flash, it's gonna be so epic!

Ha, I wish, but thanks. Yeah, I've been working with them since July so it's official. At this point though, I'm really just a code monkey - higher-ups decide what a script should do, I just write the code. Still, it's exciting (for me) that scripts I had a hand in will actually be included with Live.
