Thanks for the feedback.
Plissken, you’re right, there is no way to navigate to scenes right now. I just found out that Clip Launch buttons don’t need to be assigned individually, you can just use Enter for all of them. So I’ve beefed up the Project Controls on Scene 1.
We now have…
Up, Down, Left and Right. Record, Loop On/Off, Duplicate and Delete. Enter, Browser, Switch between Session/Arrangement and Quantize Menu.
This adds a whole new level of functionality and control.

You're talking about the Instant Mapping scene which isn't part of the package anymore because of some compatibility issues we found.
I'm almost done beta testing the updated set up which will include Instant Mapping. Just wanna make sure there's no compatibility issues beforeI release it. Should be out by next weekend at the latest.

I want to use tpk, but I am hesitant about installing. Maybe I'll do so over the weekend.

Also, will this work with LIVE 5?

I don't think it will work with Live 5 since the project files in 6 are different, but I've never tried it. On the bright side, trying it won't hurt anything. If it doesn't work for you, you can simply revert back to the previous settings.

Ive been using the total control package for a week or 2 (no pedal version). So far its working great. Only a couple of snags. Ive seen in the videos about instant mapping on scene 16 but i dont seem to have that and also i find it a pain sometimes to hit the launch key(#6 pad) in the middle of recording a beat.

Instant Mapping was removed because of some compatibility issues. I added Instant Mapping to the new version that I was going to be releasing today, but I’ve been getting a lot of hate and what not and, at this point, I’m thinking it may not be worth since I have nothing to gain by doing this.
As far as Clip Launch, I highly recommend you use a pedal. If that’s not possible, what I’d suggest is that you record a blank clip. Then turn Overdub on to record your pattern.

Hey man! Can't wait for the new version...figured I'd wait to try that out before giving feedback. Sorry if people have been giving you crap for anything...I, for one, am grateful and amazed at both the depth of you knowledge and your willingness to share. I'm sure MOST people feel the same...don't let the haters get you down. They are just pissed due to their lack of a life. For every one idiot out there, there are prabably 100 other people who are really benefitting from all your hard work. THANK YOU!!!!
Peace

Good stuff but, if possible, I'd suggest waiting another week before you try the TKP. We've made a bunch of changes that seriously improve the way it works. Plus, we're gonna have The Chopper included in the new standard package. Don't get me wrong, 2.0 works good...but 3.0 is gonna be even better.
